Common shipping questions.

When will my order ship?
Stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment it leaves the workshop.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Customs policies and import taxes are determined by your local government and vary widely from country to country. While Norlyth manages the export process and covers the freight costs to your destination country, any applicable import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon the shipment's arrival.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes - until the label is printed. Email hello@norlyth.com or use Contact, ideally within 24 hours of ordering.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
All shipments require signature. The courier will reattempt twice, or hold at the nearest pickup point for 7 days.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No - instruments require a signature and a physical address. APO/FPO accepted.
Can I track my guitar?
Yes. Live tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, updated every transit scan.
