Raw timber is rested in our humidity-controlled chamber for months to ensure absolute stability in the final instrument.

Before a new shape enters production, we build raw prototypes to test balance, ergonomics, and structural integrity.

The neck is carved to an exacting profile, while the body sides are bent over heated irons to form the iconic Norlyth silhouette.

The soundboard braces are individually scalloped. We remove material micron by micron until the top rings freely.

The box is closed. The neck is set using a traditional dovetail joint for maximum acoustic transference.

Complete the assembly and check every detail. Prepare for the next adjustment.

Custom-wound pickups and premium pots are installed. The wiring is meticulously routed and shielded against interference.

Adjusting the electric guitar's intonation by turning a screw at the bridge, along with setting the pickup height, to achieve optimal performance.

The instrument is played, inspected under harsh light, and finally signed by the master builder before it enters the case.
